Sourdough bread is a type of bread made using a natural fermentation process instead of commercial yeast. The fermentation process gives the bread a unique sour taste and a chewy texture that sets it apart from regular bread.
we are using a simple maida but you can also use T65 OR T55 flours.
The time it takes to make sourdough bread can vary depending on the recipe and the temperature of your kitchen. In general, it can take anywhere from 12 to 24 hours to make sourdough bread from start to finish.
You don’t need any special equipment to make sourdough bread, but some bakers prefer to use a Dutch oven or a baking stone to help create a crispy crust.
You need to wait until your sourdough starter is active and bubbly before you can use it to make bread. This can take anywhere from a few days to a week, depending on the conditions in your kitchen.
